Wills

Wills should be a foundation piece to every estate plan. With a will, you can nominate the person(s) who would care for your children should you die before they become adults. If you forget to designate a joint owner, beneficiary or contingent beneficiary to real estate, bank accounts or life insurance, then the will can designate who would receive these undesignated assets. Wills can also be used to direct what to do with your personal property and contents of your home or outbuildings.
